I got a really good laugh out of this one, only because it is so true, and some of the participants in CenTex should actually listen to, watch, and abide by this in all seriousness.

I have to strongly agree... I often "lurk" around the forum, and see many posts that the site can simply do without as they add no value to the topic (referring back to the post-whores.)
