Default NEED SUGGESTIONS FOR MEET 3 OR 4 WEEKS FROM NOW!

Hey whats up guys! Right now we are planning on having a little caravan from Beaumont to Houston and hang out in Houston for the day. We are hoping for 6 or 7 cars to caravan including some 350z's, rsx's, and hopefully an NSX. We were hoping to come down, meet at a restaurant or a park, after that go riding down a long windy road or roads, and then have dinner somewhere. There is a lot of details that need to be filled in and thats why im posting here. I want to get all of the details straight before I start a thread regarding the meet. Im trying to save as much confusion as possible. After we get the plans finalized, I will post it here and NSXPrime. Hopefully we will have a good turn out. So if you would, post any ideas about a good meeting place, good roads to drive down, park or restaurant, and anything else you can think of to fill the time slots. This is going to be my first s2000 meet and I want to try to get it as organized as possible since I dont make it down to Houston that often. Also let me know if you would be interested in showing up for the meet. All suggestions will be greatly appreciated, Thanks in advance,

--Mark

What would you guys think about going to Oscar's Creamery at the end of the evening also? I read a little about it on Houston-imports.com and they seem to have a pretty good turn out.

Also do you guys have any suggestions on the meeting location?

Somewhere on Westhiemer would be a more centralized location for everyone to meet.

Sorry guys, but for the next 3 weeks I am working 6 days a weeks, and then off to New Mexico for some R&R , so I don't have time for a new route. But I can give someone one of the old routes and you can run it. The routes are all on the north and northwest side of Houston.
Just let me know.

Someone post a good or regular meeting place down Westheimer. I dont have any idea since im not from Houston. I think we should meet there at about 1:00 or so.

coop,

About how long does it take to drive one of the old routes? Let me know if someone disagrees with running an old route, until then, I think we she go with an old one.

Most of my drives are a morning event. Start about 9am and then end by stopping someplace for lunch.
For those who have been on my drives, I would say, use the 1st one or the one where we ended at the airport dinner. Both start on the west side of town and had some great roads. Let me know

What would you recommend if we wanted to meet up, eat, and then drive. We have about a hour and a half-two hour drive to houston so I think we would have a really hard time making it early morning. I say we meet for lunch at around 12 or 1 if everyone is fine with that. Im not familiar with coops drives so if someone could recommend a good one that seems to go along well with the events we have so far....

12:00- Meet at restaraunt down Westheimer
1:00-2:00- Take a drive down some nice roads
( evening )- have dinner somewhere (suggestions?)
(after dinner)- Oscar's Creamery

Hopefully most people would be able to agree with this schedule so far. Let me know if there is a problem with it or if you have any suggestions. If everything goes as above, I think we should try to have dinner near Oscar'c Creamery....too bad I dont know where its at though. Anyone know any places to eat around there?
