Default RickS2K License Plate holder

I picked up a RickS2K license plate holder just recently, thought it'd look cooler plasti-dipped. Here are the results. (NOTE: the holder came with allen screws and bolts, not pictured, but will most likely paint them black like the ones you see here, just to match)

Looks good. Post up some finished pictures, but don't forget to blur the plate.

Yeah I know...but if I want to avoid being hassled by the cops, might as well do it in style right?

How's the plastidip been holding up on the plate holder? I just bought one of these plate holders and was thinking I'd prefer it black but leaning towards trying to paint it for durability. Was worried the plastidip might end up peeling.

It has not peeled at all and the car has been washed several times since then. I have emblems on my Civic plastidipped for about a year now and there is no chipping or peeling on it either. I also have a friend who did his wheels about a year ago and even that has no peeling or chipping. Plastidip is some pretty durable stuff. I've even thought about Plastidipping my entire front bumper for long road trips to avoid bugs and chips, then peel it off after the trip. Almost like a disposable car bra
