I called Vortech today. Those folks said they are "trying" for the end of this month

He told me this is THE product they must get shipping.....whatever that meant. Any hoo, maybe we will see some results. Either way, I am purchasing a blower for the S. Do I have to get a clutch and header/exhaust?

Don't have to do anything else, you'll be very happy with just adding the SC. Eventually you'll want to squeek some more power out, and you'll throw on some more mods. When it really comes down to it, most people will end up modifying the kit away from it's stock form...so putting a lot of value in that little bitty aftercooler doesn't really fly for me...I'd rather just get started now with something that I know works, has a history, and has a group of experienced customers.

We can get the Comptech Supercharger and install it if you wish....
Call Mike or Jassen in the parts department 281-955-6666 to get a quote and ask Erik Hayes for installation
price....

Just wondering but did you get ur S/C installed here in houston or did you have to go somewhere else because I hear that some owners had to go out of state j/w. Thanks
