i'd get there early to check that out but you have to wear jeans and shoes to get into the pits, its kinda hot outside and id rather wear shorts and flip flops :-/

Really, is that new for this year? I have been in there the past three times with shorts and sandals. I hope not cuz I am not gonna be tooling around outside in jeans today

well they always asked me in the marlboro tent "do you want the pit pass.....err... sorry you cant go down there unless you've got jeans and closed toe shoes on"

i have never tried to go down there

Guess I'll be rolling the dice and showing up in shorts. I dont think they are on top of the ball with that stuff anyway. Hell, last time we staked out behind Danica's pit wall for the first 50 laps of the race before someone told us to leave.
