Selling my 2000 S2000
Hi,
I'm going to sell my 2000, S2000 that is an early serial number. Its a one owner car with 92K miles on it. The buyer will get all the maintenance records. I've checked all the online sources, but does anyone know what it is really worth?

Good luck on your sale! There's a wild window of pricing of these cars.
Buyers set the price, of course and you know the factors. All 10 body VIN panels and pristine condition is expected for top dollar unless the buyer wants to turn it into a race car. Same for the fabric roof. The mileage isn't excessive on this car. Engine compression good? Engine upgrades done? All affect sale price. You'll get a good idea here of asking prices (not to be confused with sale prices). Cars that remain unsold for months are by definition over-priced. Quick sale can mean the buyer "stole it."
Geography plays a part as does color combinations. Vast majority of S2000 are some shade of silver (like mine). Some colors turn some folks on or off. White seems to be commanding a premium recently.
