Some of you may know that I've been helping a friend of mine organize these types of events, so far we've had a very successful exotic car show, as well as rented a Runway for a day of doing High-Speed runs.

Here's a recap of the exotics we've had show up to date:

• Two Porsche Carrera GT's (one yellow, one silver)
• Lamborghini Diablo VTTT (Factory twin-turbo diablo, only one of 5 in the world still in tact)
• RUF RT12

• RUF RKCoupe
• Ford GT40
• Ferrari F430's
• Twin Turbo Viper (1,400 hp)
• Ferrari 360 w/ full Hamann conversion
• Bentley Continental GT
• Nobel M400
• Dozens of High-End Porsche's, BMW's, Mercedes, Lotus', etc.

Just because we do not own $100k+ cars does not mean we will feel out of place... The event holder is very nice and down to earth, as are the members of the forum that this started from (6speedonline.com).

Ok so guys I have this for everyone to mark on thier calenders. More details will be updated on this thread.
I will not post the route public until you have RSVP'd with me and I will then email the route to you.
The exact roads on the route are still to be determined upon the road being checked of pot holes or low clearance. This is definant that we will be going:

New Hope
Frisco
Celina
Denton
Copper Canyon
Flower Mound


The route will be approx 1 hour and 45 minutes since we are talking the north route threw country roads. I know this is not California or the Swiss alps but the fanatics in this area can make best of what we do have.


If you mail your $50 entrance fee you will be guranteed to receive:
*T-Shirt from the Event
*Lanyard with your name and info
*Free Pizza (Please do not plan to be a all you can eat buffet)
*Vehicle sticker for the rally.
Prizes will be handed out from sponsors. The event is still open to sponsors who would like to join please call or email me if you are interested.

Wasn't the runway thing affiliated with the 6speedonline group with the organizer telling people that they only took exotic cars and a Z06 wasn't welcome to come run?

No, not that I'm aware of... The Z06 did run quite a few runs, he even got stomped by the TT Viper (for fun).

Two things I should add- (questions asked on another forum)

• There definitely will be video cameras at the event, there is going to be a dvd produced after all the editing is finished. For the runway event we hired two of News 8's cameramen, which we will be having for this event as well. We also had two other groups of professional cameramen.
• There's a good chance that we'll actually have a police escort during the run...
