DO NOT EVER GO TO REDLINE
Some of you guys know I've been having clutch problems. It was only about 1- 1 1/2 years and about 20k since the clutch replaced by Redline. Yesterday I received my OEM clutch from clutchcityonline.com which i highly recommend if anyone is in need of a oem clutch. Entire package cost me only $445 shipped! I later took my car to my mechanic and he starting pulling the transmission apart. Then he asked me what clutch was put in again? I told him stg 2 competition clutch. Come to find out Redline only installed some of the parts I paid for. My mechanic showed me the disc which was CC but when he showed my the pressure plate he said i dont know what brand this is but it is defintely not CC. Somebody either reused your old one or switched it out with a used one. That was not the only problem either I had a flywheel recently installed and due to the clutch it Effed up my flywheel. Im not saying it was Phong who did it personally but I know i was not the only person who my mechanic has found out that Redline pulled a switch on.
NEVER AGAIN!
Also if anyone needs a clutch done from a honest guy pm me and ill give you my mechanics number. I got a badass homie hook up im pretty sure he could work out something for everyone else too.

Redline is well known for that by people (like me) who try to tell others to stay away. I've never used them for anything, but I've heard plenty of stories from people and other shops to know better.
Some of their employees also have a habit of stealing parts from their customers after the customer has picked up their car

Oh yeah if your thinking about tuning by them forget about it. My mechanics friend whose building a turbo S for a customer took the car to redline to get it tuned spent 800 for dyno time and car ran like crap so he took it to tony at t1

lol, my friend took his hatch there to do a GSR swap; I was trying to talk him into a K swap and me doing the labor for free. He couldn't afford the K20 swap, and thought he would save money with the GSR swap. Ended up spending more @ Redline than the K20 swap would have cost.
And they told him that every little issue with the car was because of a faulty part that they of course replaced. Fuel rail, couple of headers, intakes, etc.

the other guy my mechanic found out that redline screwed. He supposedly had a "built" motor was like yeah my motor it built it was done at redline. My mechanic was like dude you got screwed theres no way that it was built. My mechanic pulled it apart to prove it sure enough the parts that were paid for wasnt installed. The guy got a full refund back
