There's a good chunk of 2-way country twisties out in the northern 75 area that my riding buddies and I used to go out on every sunday morning. problem with this is there are a lot of riders, but there's a great breakfast spot at the end in a small town called blue ridge. there's a small trek on 380 between twisty areas to help break it down a little so it's not so hard on our backs.

Talk to Tom, he hosts the closest thing to a regular group drive with his windmill drive or whatever, although it has not been done in a little while. This is most likely because of the saharan like weather or I, personally, was not able to go on the most recent one...One of the first and only drives held locally since I bought my S back in June 08'! We have stopped for some pretty good German food, some good ole fashioned food in McKinney, and some stellar photogenic places as well (all on different drives)...

Yeah, its been so damn hot. You will have to go north of Denton or south of Granbury to find some twisties.

This is a super resource.

Of course you will have to also search tx dot road construction

I've been getting into too much trouble with the law as of late... My insurance rate is out of this world right now.

Another good resourceful site is Places2Ride.com. It's similar to the aforementioned motorcycleroads site.

There actually is a rally drive going on this weekend... An ex-s2000 owner is running it. He is a good guy who lives in the sticks of Van Alstyne... He is bound to have a great route planned. Should be well worth the price of admission actually
