BTW, if you look at post #14 above, you'll see that I really wanted anyone and everyone willing to go for a ride in my car so that I could get more feedback. Nobody took me up on that...

I got to hear it when you were staged in front of my car when Ashley was driving and was able to compare it to my Q300 exhaust when you both took off. It has a very similar tone. Yours may be slightly quieter. Mine registered about 93 decibels at a SCCA event there last year. I like the looks of the stock tips.

I just noticed that jaundice did have the fastest time for a single run at 58.475. Nice job!

Everyone was hampered by the rain, and Hoosiers wouldn't have been any worse than street tires. The puddles weren't deep enough, and the speeds were low enough through the wet areas that Hoosiers still paid off. I think the clear reason why your times were so much better in the afternoon is because you learned a LOT throughout the day.

The grip level difference in the AM between wet and dry on Hoosiers was huge. Very hard to adjust from corner to corner. In the afternoon the overall course was drier getting better and better till the end of the day. I went quite a bit faster in the afternoon due to more consistent grip.
