First shop I called that had a reasonable price. I'll drop them over there this week and see how it goes and report back.

Yep they do good work and pretty fast too. Had them bore out the lug holes on a set of Miata wheels to get them to fit the Mini. I think they did all 4 wheels (16 holes) for 50 cash.

Report back on the quality of work, I assume you will need to remove the tires for them to do so?

I don't have tires on the rims that I need done, but you are right, the shop requests that tires be removed from the rims.

SUCCESS !!!!! SUCCESS !!!! I am soooooooo grateful. So many other shops were $100 or $70+ per wheel, etc. For $35 per wheel, I was able to get my rear wheels bored out to fit front. Minette is a small shop with a quirky owner, but GREAT work in only a day! His shop is worth the visit with all of the cool projects he has going on.

My total out of pocket for this mod to square up the car is:

4 used 7/32 3/12 build RS3 (one damaged so three) = $310 (so lets say $103/tire = $206)
1 OEM Wheel = $50
1 OEM Wheel = $180
Bore wheels = $70

So for wheels alone = $300 + tires = $506 + mount balancing which I will do tomorrow.

In comparison, 2 TR C3 wheels shipped are about $350 + having to have different lug nuts $20 or so for a total of about $370, but they would be mismatched with the other two OEM wheels on the car.

Was all of this work worth saving $70 and keeping an OEM look about the car? I would say yes. But, I was blessed with finding a wheel for only $50. If I didn't get this cheap wheel, not sure if I would have done this.
