Two options that are much easier:

1. swap out test pipe w/ stock cat, get inspected, swap back

2. get an adjuster for the test pipe O2 sensor bung (moves sensor further out so it reads less exhaust gases).

Didn't see a response to this, so in case anyone in the future is looking for something similar, Autoscope can do corner balancing as well as custom alignments (I use them to setup my S for track days).

did you drill out both defoulers ?if yes this is your problem the small hole is what simulates a catalytic converter also remove battery cable count to 10 reinstall said cable and go for a drive about 20 minutes should set ready codes which need to be in a ready state to pass inspection

I only drilled out one. It was required to do so because the O2 sensor has to pass partially through it. I left the tiny hole in the other one and it works fine.

Are any of the recommendations for paint still valid - or can anyone vouch for a local shop? I need my front bumper resprayed, some scuff marks buffed out, and PDR on my trunk lid. Thanks in advance.

No longer offering any of my services as I no longer have any affiliation with Honda. Sticky needs an update.
