I was mistaken. It's Lake Ray Hubbard, not Ray Roberts where the other riverboat is located.

I think they're open to the public, but their website seems to suggest you might only be able to book them for events.

Old Hickory Steakhouse out at the Gaylord Texas is nice...
Buca Di Beppo is also pretty krunk...if I may say krunk
If you're in Ft. Worth, Reata is nice...my ex and I used to go there and she liked it a lot.
