EvoX FTW.
It's a better multi-use vehicle. Car seats fit in the back, 4 doors, 5 seats, good on the track, in the snow, reasonably comfortable on the street. The looks are polarizing though, especially if you have the big wing.
The S is a great top down cruiser for sure, but modding it to build any real power is pricey as heck. And most tracks will require some sort of roll bar if that's your thing.
If you dropped $3k into the Evo you could get coilovers, full exhaust and a tune and be making north of 300AWHP and could keep up with dang near everything on the track. You'll then need to budget another bit of money for a new clutch lol.

RPF1's are wrapped in new Falken RT615's, I'll think about it and yes they are 17x8,17x9

If you sell the RPF1s...I call dibs on those...
I would not need tires as I would go with something else, but that comes later...let me know when you want to sell them and for how much

hey man! I met you briefly last night at the Evo meet. Sean? or Shawn? Anyways, it looks more and more like I'll most likely be selling the S but on days like these I know I'll miss the top down weather.

Sorry I was sick and the wife was READY to get out of there otherwise I would have hung out.
PersianSTUD, getting 450hp (at the wheels, not the crank) is an expensive proposition, normally entailing a turbo upgrade as well as fuel system upgrades. Think $3500-4000 or so (FPRed $1200, injectors $400, FMIC $600, UICP $190, tune $300, turbo back exhaust $1200, intake $150). Don't forget labor if you're not doing this work yourself. And you'll want to be able to stop and turn with that much power.
And it's really more power than you *really* need (even at the track until you are in some sort of competition).
