"Truth in 24" Sunday 2pm Victory Park
 

Sorry for not posting in a long time but I've been kind of busy working and loving it! I run all the A/V in Victory Park, I like my job!

SO, just to let all of you know we're showing "Truth in 24" on all the big screens down there Sunday at 2pm, it should be about 70 degrees, bring your lawn chair, unknown to most people in Dallas there a TON of parking, some even FREE...at the most it's suppose to be $5, oh, and the movie is FREE on some of the biggest screens in the world (well....until Jerry turns his on :rolleyes: )...but ours are free and you can't even get a hotdog in Jerry World for the price of parking in Victory Park! OK enough of my rant...here's the details from AFI Dallas on the film:

I've seen people bring their own beer down there only to get kicked out, it's not allowed in the plaza, the AAC owns that space and they have a contract with a food/beverage company. However at the TX/OU watching party I did see people outside the direct plaza area drinking their own beer, but there was a few thousand people down there and I think that's how they got away with it. I don't know if the AAC is going to have their vendor out there...

But, it's going to be an awesome day and you can always stop by Victory Tavern, Luna, Havana, etc after the movie. We also have a new pizza place and a Thai restaurant coming soon! No idea on the plans for the plaza retail locations, hopefully we'll know something soon.

This is a great venue and the weather is great. Unfortunately I can't make it.

I was doing burpee pullups at the time...totally forgot about it :(

I was playing cricket...ugh, weekends are so busy and goes by so fast...we need long weekends more!
