I will start from Haywards Heath and probably just go A27...I might come along the A272 to Midhurst - will try and intercept! Will see how early I rise!

Its an hour drive Guildford to Goodwood and gates open 06:30. Based on previous times I've been, cars have been turned away even if they do have a pass so I was thinking of departing Guildford at 5:30 to get there for opening, (and to avoid the big queues for bacon sandwiches !).
Suggested meet point is the Shell garage here. Its open 24 hours so great if anyone needs a VPower or coffee top up.

As people have mentioned before, gates open at 6:30 but I’m looking at getting there around 6 maybe even earlier due to the high turnout.
