Surrey/Sussex fish and chip coast run - Longest day - 21st June
Since the longest day is rapidly approaching I thought perhaps we could shamelessly steal the idea of the Northern members and have a seaside fish and chip run on the long, light evening.
Since it’s a Friday, hopefully the majority of us wouldn’t have to worry about getting up early for work the next day.
Some stunning road round our way to enjoy both on the way there and back, and some decent chippies by the coast too!
Let me know on this thread if there’s any interest, and if so I’ll share a potential route, meeting points and scout out a suitable restaurant for our numbers.

Right peeps.
Meet point;
Godalming Sainsbury’s
Woolsack Way
Godalming
GU7 1LQ
Meet time: We’ll hit the road for 19:30 sharp, if you can get there earlier then by all means please do for a natter. I’ll try to get there for 18:45 ish as I’m local.
We’ll take in some beautiful country roads on the way to Littlehampton. Nice seafront parade down there with some award-winning fish and chip places!
Afterwards, either a drink in the pub or another blast on equally good roads back to roughly where we started then onward to your own destinations in (hopefully) the long late sunset!
Please let me know if you reckon you can make it, and share with all local S2 owners!

I think you might be right Dan

may even be able to catch a few rays on the beach.
P.S. I think we're the ones actually doing this on the longest day by a whole 4 seconds.
