UPDATE:
I have now paid the booking fee so we are now BOOKED in.
The refurb they had planned for winter has been postponed until July now meaning we are good to go in June.
Car parking is a but of a mixed bag. I am not sure we are going to get a reserved parking (this was the advantage of the refurb).
They advise us to get there early so we can park together. I suggest the first person to arrive stretches their arms to protect some spaces.

Pain in the arse but I've been lined up to assist with a big IT release at work this weekend. Will do all i can to make this but ultimately it will depend on how things are going and how long through the night it might run.
