East Anglia summer meet.
So as prompted by Fletch: East Anglia Summer Meet I.
6th August.
10 am ish.
Start point, John Banks Honda, just off the A14 Bury St. Edmunds East.

For those people coming from Ipswich and surrounding area.
To save you time and petrol, the first part of the route is a quick blast up the A14 to Jnct 51. You may wish to join up with us there. There is a Travel Lodge which would be a good point to pick you up.
Please let me know that you will be there because if there are no takers we will continue straight onto the 1078 to Aldeburgh!
So list of those attending the Fish and Chip meet:

Bonza.
Whenever it's hot.
The east coast is always better when hot.
Could do with checking what other meets are around July August time and "fitting in".
I'll have a look see.

South Coast Meet 3 - 2nd July 2005
Isle of Man 200+ Meet 16th -17th July 2005

Arran Meet 3 29th July-1st August 2005
August
Ultimate Street Car - Santa Pod Raceway - 7th August 2005
LMES Silverstone 12-14th August 2005
I'd suggest getting in quickly for the 10th July ( might be too close to the south coast meet ??? )or going for a weekend in August. ( not convinced there'd be too many people at the two already mentioned in Aug. )

August would be good - looks light at the moment.
never done the east coast
never done the east coast
Certainly not while I've been around.
August bank holiday? Yeah, interesting...
Could be a good idea, as in an extra day off work & therefore no need to rush back. Or might be a bad Idea, as in more traffic on the roads. ?
I remember Felixstowe, and most of the other "resorts" used to get quite busy the bank holiday weekends. Not sure how it gets nowadays.
Either way... I'm easy.
I'll be there.

Ultimate Street Car sounds a bit Chav, so all the idiots would be off the roads.
Was thinking the we 6/7 August. This avoids the bank holiday we which is always a pia.
Anyone with real objections to 6/7?
