The Swan hotel is not a cheap hotel but you do have choices...
Normally the Swan is approx. £180 for double room per night
3-Course Evening Meal cost is £35 per person
I have managed to get a deal for us of:
£199 Per Couple (£140 for single occupancy)
Including Evening Dinner, Bed and Breakfast
(that's a Saving £51 per couple).
Superior Rooms available for £30 more (if your feeling rich - no not Rich, rich)
Premier Rooms are also available for £60 more but these are in the Main Hotel (Swan I think?)
However, you are more than welcome to find a cheaper hotel in Southwold and you don't even need to join us for dinner (but drinks later in the pub are mandatory!).
How to Book:
So to book yourself onto the Norfolk/Suffolk meet it's also as easy as ABC
A: Contact Laura Dobson on 01502 722275 and reserve a room - please mention Steve Minns, S2000 owners club and also mention the £199 price! You will need to give credit card details but will not be charged until you leave on the Sunday 10th July.
B: Update Minvo so he knows you are coming. I will need to know if you are coming to everything or which parts you might want to miss!
C: Spread the word so others come too.
So, please get yourself signed up... NOW!

Yes please for all of it - we will take one of the rooms at The Crown if that's OK.
We'll make sure to take the Friday afternoon off this time and get to Norfolk in good time for bar opening!

No worries on it being a little bit too far in the future. I just wanted to get the date up so people could plan holidays etc. You know me!
More than happy for people to book their own cheaper accommodation but please note single night £199 does include £35.00 x2 for evening meal = £70, plus breakfast (which is normally £16 each!) = £32 which makes the accommodation about £97 - which is slightly expensive but not as expensive as other places we have stayed.
Happy Steve (as he is back to work tomorrow and feeling a little better)
