North West Tunnel Run/Meet - Wilmslow
 

As most people seem agreeable to this venue due to it's central NW location I thought I would get the ball rolling on another NW meet.

There are a couple of short but fun tunnels to drive through on the way to this venue which I found superb fun when I met up with Pie and Mikey a couple of weeks ago. I found the best route for me to get there was using the sat nav but telling it to avoid the motorways, there are some great roads to the place. It's an hours drive for me but it's well worth it.

Mikey and Pie ate at the pub and food looked good, they might comment on the quality of it, seems a good place and apparantly the original place for the North West meets.

Anyhow, as usual put your name down as you reply so that we have an idea who is likely to turn up on the day. Cheers

25th is a Bank Holiday.

I'm planning to go to the Gold Cup at Oulton Park so could call on the way home.

The week after or earlier might be better then, didn't realise it was a bank holiday, I will change it. :thumbup:

It would be rude not to, having shirked organising these NW meets for so long :)

OK I thought I would change it to the Wednesday in that week, so hopefully people can make it. Would be good to see you at this Wayne :)

Does carbon dating go that far back?

Food was good, it has changed hands since we last had a meet there.

Not sure if I can make that date yet :thinker:

NW pub meet used to always be 3rd Monday each month, is this no longer the case, or is this in addition to what would be the regular on 18th?
