Default Silverstone F1 Testing

I went on the Tuesday last year, got some great photographs and not too many people.
The Hamilton effect doubled the crowds on Wednesday and Thursday and I expect it will increase the numbers over the three days again this year.
Price has gone up

Last time I went it was a tenner but I think 15 is fair enough, probably should be free, however I will probably still go, thanks for the date shopman.

I think I'd rather go to testing. As I want to experience F1 cars in person, but I'd rather watch a race on TV as I'm damn sure it's far easier to know what's going on.

You've beaten me to this.

It's a shame they started charging last year, but it's still pretty cheap, certainly a lot cheaper than the GP and it's well worth it to see F1 cars in the flesh.

I thought all gate proceeds are donated to charity?

As Shopman says, its a great way to see F1 cars without the crowds.
