2 knocks pulling off up hill?
#3
Pullin off whilst using handbrake for hill start? Might be the rear calipers sticking on slightly, then freeing themselves. Happens to me occasionally when I wash the car. The water makes a sheen of rust on the disks, which then stick to the pads slightly. Then as I release the handbrake and drive off, they clonk as they free themselves.

Top down move forward-back, forward-back etc. If it's the hubs it'll be an obvious clicking from the back.
If it's more of a clunk it's more likely to be the rear callipers sticking.
Both common probs.

Thanks all. It was the rear driver side hub nut. Had both rears replaced by Liskeard Honda while on hols this week in Cornwall. Job done. 20 min wait. No more noise.
Thanks again.
