Is 2 litres of brake fluid enough to flush and bleed the system?

Is 2 litres of brake fluid enough to flush and bleed the system?
following Brians advice I have ordered 2 litres of Motul brake fluid.
the lines and pads are being replaces and the new fluid added.
is 2 litres going to be enough? A mate recons 2 litres (just under) is required for an ITR, but what about the S?
