Until then, CB1000, S2000x2, FL5

Or a waste of money as err indoors calls it.. life is too short for SUVs

Already the ailments are starting for me ... Arthritis in the shoulder quite bad for the last few months.
Morning Matcha, Senolytic tablets weekly and Magnesium to try and avoid a cortisone injection (which I have booked in next week, but might cancel as it's not great for the body).
I'd hate an SUV in truth but it would be a means of transport. Id probably do something silly and buy a V10 TDi in reality, that's not a dream or anything. Likely a high up Lexus as I would think that's where my money would end up in my 60's.
I'm assuming my back will be next to croak as I've struggled on and off for years with it after a nasty car accident several years ago (drunk driver rear ended me in the wife's old focus going at some speed).
Already sounding like Victor Meldrew
Anyway back OT..
Probably about 30 of us active on here, 10-15 more than others. Apologies for my northern bollox at times

I’m in my late 60’s getting in and out of it helps keep you young* SUV? That’ll be the day I stop driving, wife has a CUV, not that big compared the hatch version and smaller than the estate, found it hidden behind a MINI the other day!

* Easier to get in/out with the hood down.

17 years here. Owned a few S2ks since 2007. This forum may now be regarded as old hat, but it’s always been a quality place. So we must all be quality types……..perhaps that is pushing it a bit!

Recently I was able to help an owner on here who had a legal issue with his car. On the flip side, a few months later he was able to help me with an electronics issue I had encountered with a new S2000 to me. (More of that in time)

This Forum still works.

Nearly 23 years and still have Mine. (Browsed as a guest about a year earlier before I got it while I was still deciding on the S2000 or something else)

Barely leaves the Garage nowadays due to ill health.

Hello from across the pond…a couple of you post in the Vintage forum, which I co-founded in 2003. When Vito and I took a trip to Scotland we met up at a pub with a few members in their S2000s. Great fun. Seems some of the original members I knew from your part of the world are no longer active which is too bad.

I'm 66.5 years young and take pride in being able to get in and out of my S2000 gracefully and without mishap. I restarted golf last year and that must help with balance and flexibility.
