Seems to be owned by Coxa Ltd - run by Chinese and French nationals. Finances seem to be a little dodgy,

From what I recall it seems to be a bit multinational Chinese/French, with odd financial arrangements. Personally I'd avoid them there are plenty other suppliers that I would trust.
