What's stock feel? I couldn't believe how light my new stock clutch was compared to my old stock clutch.

IIRC when The Loon had his clutch fixed earlier this month they didn't take out the engine, I guess they just dropped the box. If that is the case the snail is not going to make any difference.

Do the ACT's suffer from the buzz like the old stock ones? I know the new OEM had a fix but wouldnt mind something harder wearing

Garage R can do it for a competitive price.

You drop the front sub frame a couple of inch on it's bolts. You'll then have just enough room to remove the gearbox, then clutch.

What clutch you going for then?

I'm thinking of upping the boost for more power, but i reckon the stock clutch wont handle the extra power (although I've heard otherwise off knowledgeable owners ).

Not that I ever launch the car or treat it rough, I'm mechanical sympathetic but i reckon it will need done. I do think the clutch has been changed on the car in the past as people who have drove my car think feels a bit tougher, but this is possibly MY00 vs later models.

More booooost, I like it.

Just be aware that some of the stronger clutches are nightmare when setting off.

I've looked a tool a fair few times at the lights now
