What others have said really is true. Insurance companies take so many attributes into account when pricing insurance, and differ wildly in their quotes, especially for younger drivers, that there is no real way of knowing whether anyone else's experience of price is in any way applicable to yours. It could be an administration fee only or it could the thousands (or even a refusal). And honestly, in the time it takes to wait for, and respond to, answers on here, you could give your insurance company a quick ring and get the real answer. It's such a variable feast, it's probably your best bet.

Yes you can, look at the sites I posted.

It's the driver that's insured not the car, a common misconception.

On my now gone Fiat Punto 52 plate my younger brother from Australia for a week was £15.

Mind he is only just the right side of 70.
