Hi there

looking under the steering wheel area iv noticed that i can see the wiring loom etc. Is there supposed to be a panel here to tidy/hide this area. If so does anyone know what is called/part number

No panel, possibly to keep the weight down.
The only time you will see it is if you are looking at the pedals, or are driving upside down (not advisable).
