And PS. I've paid £200 for front bumper respray, and £170 for a rear bumper repair / respray as well. So, your prices seem OK to me.

I'll let you check out his work Robin, I'm hopefully picking her up next week sometime so I'll pop to Rays when it's done for you to check out.

I'm in London but I would be prepared to travel if it would guarantee a competent job

Just picked my car up after having the rear arches done along with front and rear bumper resprayed.

They have done a brilliant job and looks really good. They said that the rust wasn't as bad as they expected but still had to cut metal out to get rid of the bad rust.

Total cost was £860 which may sound a lot but they have done a great job and also machine polished the whole car removing all the swirls.

Only got a couple of pics showing some of the rust, there was rust at the bottom of the arches as well along with a patch on the sill.

After.

They have also wax oiled the arches for me as well.

You must be so much happier when you look at the car now ! and a good price considering what you got in the deal

So did they cut out the rot, and weld in new sections?

The finish looks lovely.

That looks great. What year is yours? My 52 looks the same. Do you have any rust on the underside of the sills?
