My car needs doing too, the AC dosen't even switch on its so low on pressure. there is a site glass in the high part of the pipework under the engine bay where you can see if its low or got air bubbles in it when its running. I can't see anything in it, think I've got a leak somewhere :-(

Mr Mojo did his own, but when he used it in france it stunk for a bit, until he released some gas out - thinks he overfilled it

My old car required it to be serviced every two years - is it the same with the 'S'?

I was thinking of having it done at its 2yr service on Friday. It's working perfectly well now, but like to keep on top of these things!!

I think there might be a kit you can buy from hellfrauds or summat where you can re-gas it yourself, not sure about cost though.

been through all that process on an audiA4.. eventually got them to put a dye into it and spot the leak with a UV lamp - similarly expensive in the end.
