AirCon regas made no difference
Just picked her up from Kwik fit after booking in for a regas. My GT has been blowing warm air since I got her and it can get a bit warm in there for my legs.
I waited around while they hooked up in the first place just to check that they could get a seal, was told they had and so went home. On getting back the guy said that they can't find anything wrong with it, they did a full regas, but that its made no difference and so there is no charge. He suggested going to an aircon specialist.
Just wondered what any thoughts might be and if there is anything I can look/listen for myself.
The MOT that was done in August last year had an advisory of "aircon condenser and coolant radiator cores are heavily corroded".

Do you get any form of temperature change when using the dial control with the AC off?
I only say this because I have just solved my issue with the temp control.
Air mix motor wiring had been split by the cable tidies used behind the dashboard, no power to air mix motor so no temp control.
Also look at the heater control valve in the engine bay, sometimes the little metal cable eye thing comes off the valve.

Aircon is pretty simple, it either going to be a blockage in the condenser or pipe work, the pump knackered or electrical fault in the supply, as you are dealing with some nasty chemicals I would go by KwikFit's advice and go to an aircon specialist.

The issue may not be Air con related though.

OK, back in the car.
I have temp control with AC off. Hot gets hot. Cold seems to be about ambient or maybe warmer.
When I press the AC button I hear the fans come on. Also the compressor pulley front starts spinning. With the AC off the pulley spins but the front is stationary.
Need to try and find a reputable person to look at it. Strangely car work is one area that I'm still more wary of than any other when it comes to anyone in the trade.
I should probably just check, the S2000 air con does acutally pump out cold air right? I'm used to the aircon on my Octavia which can get very chilly when required.

Check that your dial in the car actually adjusts the valve in the engine bay fully closed. My old my99 s2k used to get sticky and not work properly, bit of wd40 squirted up the tube probably wasn't the right lubricant for the job, but I had it in the car while I was out on a drive,
Fixed me issue.
The valve can be found near the intake manifold on a hose (surprisingly).

Check the condition of the aircon condenser. If the mot guy said it was heavily corroded he may mean that all the fins are missing. That would stop your aircon from working.
