I bought a couple of fobs like that not long ago from H&P, it's very simple to code a new one. They don't last that well, a bit fragile.

On a random other note I found a fob matching the ops one above for my 2001 car, been in the filing cabinet since 2002 I reckon.. never tried it, the battery will be horrible I guess.. anyway shows what I know haha..
