I got a couple of these when I bought my new bicycle, found I only needed half a length on each side.

I have had these on since my original post in this thread but my drivers side now has a huge hole appearing in it. Unlucky or another wear point?

A pair of fork protectors with free shipping is US$3.40 (change the currency selector for your preferred currency) - free shipping seems to be international.

Sorry Ron this is old news! (but good news) do a search for lizard skins.
All you need is one jumbo, cat it in half, there you are 50% discount! got mine on FleaBay cheeper than Halfrauds and free P&P.

I just wondered if anyone had an update on whether these solved the problem? I don't have any wear on my roof yet, but it would be good to stop the potential problem down the line. Thanks
