Any DBW cars registered before the 2006 RFL hike?
 

Just wondered if there were any of the second phase facelift cars registered before 23rd March 2006?
I.e. The 06 cars with drive by wire, different alloy wheel design and VSA (I know that was an option).

Or were they all after the end of March and hence in the higher tax bracket?

Yes. Although the tax hike means an extra £215 per year, so not much in the grand scheme of things.

Yes they do exist. Just not a lot of them!

DBW may be the devil, but you get that black centre console too, and can you put a price on that?!

I'm specifically after a facelift, pre March car, non- DBW. Just waiting for the right one!

I have a 53 plate facelift, so they exist too if you're trying to maximise your window of opportunity to find "the one". Mine was advertised as Monte Carlo blue so I'm not 100% sure that they knew it was a MY 2004 and was priced as a 2003 PFL as a result.
