Don't know if you are aware of this site http://www.s2000library.com/ ?

It has lots of video and audio clips of different exhausts for the S.
thanks for that - what is THE exhaust to buy in the UK for the S2000? Ideally I would like to buy from a UK Reseller so no import tax issues

Funnily enough I did ask that question and his answer was unconclusive to say the least :-

Hi

Do you have a sound clip of the Skunk 2 exhaust for the S2000? Does it drone a lot?

Many Thanks

Jez

Answer:-

HI,

NO THEY DON'T MAKE AN AWFUL LOT OF SOUND JUST I NICE SOUND ON ACCELERATION AND ITS A CAT BACK SYSTEM, ANY WHERE CAN FIT THEM AS THEY GO STRAIGHT ON

From my experience being behind a Skunk for about 4 hours a day last year in France (until i could escape) the drone is awful for long distance stuff. I'd have happily shat on Tee Jays head after having my ear canals destroyed listening to it. Its ok for a quick blast to wake the neighbours up but thats it.

That really is the last place you'd want to be for 4 hours a day.

Just watched a clip on You tube of someone with an Invidia Exhaust - I heard the drone but got to admit the sound low down and high revs was glorious - reminded me of my Vx220 with a sports exhaust I had fitted - Lovely

He's after an exhaust Craig, not an accountant.
