My thoughts too.
It isn't wise to compare BC on an S with BC on an Evo, HSD on a CTR with HSD on an S etc etc...
Manufacturers will have good a reputation with one car, and a poor one with others.
Unless I knew the person I was asking, I wouldn't seek opinions on suspension - too much variation in desired setup and how resilient their spine is - much the same as asking for the best geo settings.
Then there are some who spoof a good experience with something as they won't want to admit that they should have spent an extra £150 or whatever and bought something better. Perhaps not in this case, but it goes back to my earlier point about needing to know the person you are asking a bit better - slightly difficult via forums unless you get a good feel for them over time.

I agree with loftust on this one, as no one has a calibrated arse , so the out come of different setups ect is very subjective and personal.
10/12 kg spring rates equate to double the OEM
I have 8kg on Meisters 10 clicks from soft on rear 14 clicks from soft at front , seems fairly OEM to me maybe a touch more compliant, but that's me and at the Moment suits me , although of late I think there is a tad of lift of over steer, but what do I know

It's an S2000, there's always a tad of lift off over steer!
Very good points, it is very subjective but it's also interesting to see peoples experiences and if there were any horror stories regarding a brand they would probably pop up as well.
12/10kg rates seem to be quite good from the searches I've done people seem quite positive about choosing those rates. I might go for Meisters at 10/10kg as it would be more of a middle ground option.. hmm. Thanks all.

I have the hsd dualtech in my ap1 for about 10 months now and im very happy with them, I have 9kg front and 8kg rear the standard set up from hsd, my car is dd and I find that they are comfortable enough even on a fairly hard setting. There is good adjustment for both the hight and stiffness. I think for the price they are hard to beat.
