Ashtray
As above can the ashtray be removed without taking all of the centre console out.
If so how, i've lost the on/off slider of my CG lock and i think/hope it's fell down there.

I THINK, you can just yank it out. Better get some more technical advice before you do though! My old '02 one is still on my desk and i never had to unscrew anything to remove it.

The ashtray in my 05 simply lifted oot and has never been seen since.

Think there was something that even looked like a rivit. In the end I asked the dealers technician to remove it when I went back for some paperwork the next week. After a while of being puzzled he just applied more force then I was prepared to risk and it came out. Yours could be the same?
