Congrats!

For me, it makes no sense with an NSX in the garage, but still occasionally my Irritable Brain Syndrome leads me to contemplate doing something exactly the same and deciding which S2000 I ultimately prefer...

The S2000 is clearly a car for mentalists...
Haha i'll take that as a compliment Nick.

Anyone else getting in it at the minute would think wtf i'm fairly sure.

As for sense? When did that enter the equation? I'll assume that was a typo

Scents - I like the smell of a manky old S2000.

But I'm sure you will turn this into something you enjoy. I'd get some nice Ohlins on there and a nice quiet Mugen exhaust
Funnilly enough i did talk to the guy about your race car pre all that i think. It was dodgy turbo'd right? Rambo or something...

Got there eventually. Ahem

Yep you dodged a bullet there. Although oddly I'm not sure I'd have stripped it to race if it didn't catch fire

So you have two s2000s albeit one is charged? Is the plan to race one of them?

huh?

you're trying to apply logic to something there i think. This is incompatible with my decisions which are at best based on random planetary alignments. ok, they might not be random per se but.. anyway.. there is no plan at all. i bought it because i liked it and it seemed a bit mental.

anyway, i've given the inside a clean and inspected the paint, it needs some serious tlc on that front incl the drivers side shoulder rear quarter and the front splitter.

a few dings elsewhere but it is quite old, it's in better nick than me anyway

Ray did the alignment and it's not bad, there's something a little bent at the rear but it came out ok

Seems very strange to buy two of the same when the market is awash with other experiences. You'll get in that Exige one day. It's inevitable

It is nothing like my stock car

But i probably will

And you say awash but stuff that appeals to me this side of £100k is all turnip toucher stuff and caterhams tbh. The E92 is a great sports coupe apparently but it just doesnt float my boat really
