The only thing i can think of was when i took the old cat off i took the sensor off last so might have damaged a wire. Probably should have been the first thing to disconnect :/.

Honda hires 6-year old kids to reach these connectors! Just be careful when you unscrew the sensor and wind it up again before reinstalling so the twist is out when assembled.

You should always unplug the connector before unscrewing the sensor, otherwise it will get damaged for sure.
