Big Gay Wing

Here is the set up that my friend in Portugal is running. He said that the rear down force was very noticable and he needed to get the front Canards to return the balance to the car.

just my .02$ worth, i like the seibon MG (mugen replica), with risers. You can take off the risers to lower it back to a small deck lid, or raise it up and angle it more aggressively for track use =D

look thru the pics, the one milkbubble posted has risers, there are a few above without. and it doesnt cost much to paint the wing. i like it!

Thanks for your input ge2. I like the idea of getting the 'corner-weighter' to have a look at a track day.
He's set up for this kind of on site work - about the only guy who is.
Scales and geo, all mobile.

what are peoples views on front bumper canards (if staying with standard)?
I don't imagine OEM lip spoilers create any downforce (or very little)....or another question, is extra front downforce benificial when using a rear wing?

You'll get a better result with a flat front undertray that protrudes a few inches.
Might look crap, but if its function you are after, it can be carbon or plywood.
Just make sure you brace it to the lower front bumper with some tie rods.
Dixon is your man - he's got the race experience - I would listen closely
If you want more front grip, the easiest way is fit some wider front wheels.
Non-stagger works superbly on the S2000 on a twisty track (or road/hillclimb)
