Boot Brake Light not working? - MOT Failure - Help on how to fix?
Hi all,
So I've found out today that my car has failed it's MOT as the boot spoiler brake light isn't working. All other lights are fine, but not that one?
Any help on things to check / places to start in fixing it?
Thank for reading my thread & I welcome any help,
Thanks
Brent

My first hit would be to check the wiring loom that comes through to the boot lid - no idea if that's a common thing with S2000s but the wiring can get brittle where it flexes opening the bootlid

Thank you gents, I'll take look tonight.
lovegroova thank you for the link - should imagine that'll be an easy job even for a complete novice like me
Can't imagine I'll need any specific tools?

Morning,
So true to form & just as predicted a cable (white) had snapped where it flex's as the boot opens & closes.
Boot liners out, some pretty awkward harness work, added an inline connector & good as new
Thank you for the help - back to Honda for the retest tomorrow & maybe even a test drive in the darkside CTR
