Western honda in Edinburgh are good. Can be pricey but will always quote you. Also they have a few employees that are s2k enthusiasts. Big recommend if even just for advice or questions.

I don't know what's worse; the handling of your engine problem or the oil change. Cannot imagine being in that situation you were last year, that is truly terrible.

I've had a good experience with Coventry Honda (turned off the airbag light FOC), but a bad one with Bexleyheath Honda. In July last year Bexley Honda had a 2005 GT up for £10000 with touch up paint (in the wrong colour) all over it. There were at least 15 spots of the wrong colour paint on it. It also had lots of little dents (more than you expect for a 8 year old car) all over it. Brake discs very, very low too. When I asked about the touch up paint and general condition not reflecting the asking price, the dealer said he could not spend any more on it otherwise he wouldn't make the money he wanted back on it. I obviously walked - terrible.

Cribbs Causeway? I've always found them really good. I've had two services there, one of them the major with valve clearances and the price has always been reasonable. I always supply my own parts and they are happy to adjust the price accordingly which makes it pretty competitive.
