Default Braided lines - any recommendations?

I want to fit upgraded brake lines as part of my brake upgrade. Read some rough reviews of HEL so I have seen these options

Goodridge
TGM?
MTEC

Anyone have experience? Leaning towards goodridge from my bike days...

I’m also interested to know opinions on this as I am looking to sort my brakes soon.

I would’ve leaned towards HEL as they’re a UK business and are also a member of the S2000 community having their own S and that.
However, like yourself I’ve heard some not very good feedback/opinions recently of their latest batches (nothing negative about their early stuff though?) & for me something as important as brake lines I wouldn’t want to risk anything, unless HEL could provide some heavy reassurance that any manufacturing defects had now been designed out.

Goodridge are an old UK staple, so I would think a safe bet & Mtec are the other name for Mugen, so again could probably be considered very good. I don’t know anything about TGW, but hopefully someone else can advise on them & any of the others.

Possibly a curve ball for you, but who makes Spoon brake lines? Sometimes the many race brands are virtually the same product from the same factory just with a different badge on..

HEL were the go to but I haven't found anyone who has fitted recently to debunk that thread about bad fittings so I'm gonna duck them..

Probably go Goodridge I think.
