MDB, Your set-up is almost identical to mine! Great minds...

I bought the same universal ducts for my fronts, although i'm running a facelift bumper, and i bought some centre exit ducts for the rears. For what it's worth, I guarded the rear intakes with stainless mesh just to catch anything nasty that might bet thrown up.

The ducts are made by revotec if i recall correctly, Demon tweeks sell them but I got mine off ebay because i'm tight! I have noticed i can run for longer on track now and don't experience a soft pedal as in the past. really nice weekend diy project that has a decent benefit

If you look above the first photo of the ducts that I used for the rear there's a link in the text to where I purchased them from.

They look great - I like the idea for venting the rear discs. I've already bought some parts for the front but I may have to think about the rears too.
I've previously done the same with my Zed and it makes a big difference on the track with more consistent pedal feel for long stints even on hot summer days. Forgive the dead flies, it needs a clean!

A colleague of mine has been developing some pre-face lift brake ducts on his 3D printer, we are hoping to fit the final versions next week, after tweaking the passenger side one to clear the pump hidden in the bumper.

They fit snugly over the existing fake vent recesses, the quality is great and hopefully we'll be able to offer these as a kit with ducting and fasteners soon for much less than the current market options.

I can't tell you yet and there is only one set in existence, however I'll get back with a price and availability ASAP. Also don't want to encroach on any forum selling rules, so will look into that as well.

They look good - if the idea comes to fruition and you offer kits for sale please post a link in this thread.

So we fitted the first set last weekend and they turned out pretty good. The guy manufacturing them has put up 2 different kits on eBay:

Just the ducts: http://ebay.eu/1bO7CQK

Larger kit with ducts, hoses and arch liner ducts: http://ebay.eu/1Dx9ZwR

I've spoke to him about getting a forum discount and maybe a group buy which he was very interested in, so he is going to sign up to the forum and post some more details soon.
