I've always wondered why people seem to fit Hel brake lines rather than Goodridge ones even though there are stories of them not fitting very well. I put Goodridge on mine and they fitted perfectly. I don't think they are any more expensive either.
For mostly road and just the odd track day I think I'd stick with what you have now pad/disc wise. 2500's are ok when cold and quite good on track and plain discs are all you need too.

Had HEL lines fitted to my car today. Not happy with them at all to be honest, figment is shocking. I'm half tempted to bin them off and get something else.

I was actually just after some advice in regards to an special offers going around at the moment, perhaps I should have specified
