I fitted BI front performance disks (dimpled & grooved) & Mintex pads. Can't say that the braking feels any better (or worse) than OEM.

One problem with the BI ones are that the inner hub part rusts very quickly. I recommend painting them with some silver paint before fitting them

I've used Minrex extreme on my ep3's and have aset waiting to go the S2k, also used cheapies from my local accessory store that were very good, will need to check the name and part no.
