Same here, Yellowstuff rear pads lasted 2 trackdays and a few hundred miles.

I use EBC Bluestuff on my Z4M Coupe. That's 2-300kg heavier than an S but has heavily modified suspension set up for track use and soft compund semi slick tyres so will happily carry stupid speeds through corners. The rears last 2-3 track days and the fronts 3-4 with <1000 road miles between track days (I can't explain why the rears last less time, the brake balance certainly doesn't favour the rear). I experience no fade and reasonable pedal consistency with Motul fluid and some homemade brake cooling ducts running for up to 20-30 minutes at a time.
