Fantastic news Paul. Am finally chuffed it is now working.

The lesson I learnt is sat nav sucks. It took us straight through the middle of the broadwater farm estate in Tottenham! Not a place I wanna go again in a hurry.

You'll be pleased to know too many chargebacks can cause very significant fines and penalties for retailers, here's hoping they get their deserved if they are playing silly buggers
