There is a diagram on here somewhere that shows you how to do the rear window demister for £5 worth of parts and a little knowledge.

If your willing to bolt the rears in it can't be that hard to make the brackets that fit to the car with a captive M10 nut and the brackets in the hard top having a sized hole.
It's a pain to take on and off but if your like I was that's twice a year so not too much fuss
